How does it work?
For 10 days you eat 3 high-protein products a day from the Protein Solution Box, following one of the three meal plans. This is an easy way to bring more structure and regularity into your daily eating pattern.
The box contains 30 unprocessed, high-protein products: a mix of bread, crackers, pasta, granola, biscuits, soups and desserts. Together good for about 45 g extra protein* per day.
You choose a structured meal plan of 1200, 1500 or 1800 kcal. You supplement the products from the box with vegetables, fruit, dairy, olive oil, meat or fish, following the Mediterranean diet. The variation lists offer plenty of healthy alternatives.
With ProWell Lifestyle you get a smart scale, 6 months of access to the ProWell Lifestyle app and the ProWell Lifestyle eLearning. During a proactive coaching session, we help you get started with the app and the scale.
