Verwendung
Die Protein Solution Box dient als Ergänzung zu einem Gewichtsreduktionsprogramm oder kann nach einem bariatrischen Eingriff verwendet werden.
Über einen Zeitraum von 10 Tagen werden täglich 3 proteinreiche Produkte aus der Protein Solution Box entsprechend dem gewählten Ernährungsplan verzehrt. Ergänzt werden diese mit Gemüse, Obst, Milch, Olivenöl, Fleisch, Fisch usw. nach einem mediterranen Ernährungsmuster. Die Variationslisten enthalten außerdem zahlreiche gesunde und abwechslungsreiche Alternativen.
