Usage
To prevent complaints and ensure good absorption, it is important that you:
• Take 1 capsule per day, preferably with a substantial meal (e.g., after lunch);
• Do not take MVM Once Daily together with milk or dairy products, as this reduces iron absorption.
Deficiencies depend not only on the type of surgery but also on dietary habits and personal factors. Therefore, in addition to taking MVM Once Daily and Osteo-D, there may be a need for extra doses of certain vitamins and minerals. In that case, you can add Calcium Citrate and/or vitamin B12.
