Usage
The Protein Solution Box is intended as a complement to a weight-loss program or can be used after bariatric surgery.
For 10 days, consume 3 high-protein products from the Protein Solution Box each day according to the selected meal plan. Complement these with vegetables, fruit, milk, olive oil, meat, fish, etc., following a Mediterranean eating pattern. The variation lists also provide plenty of healthy and varied alternatives.
