Hoe klaar te maken?

Hoe je alles kan bereiden + de recepten die je kan maken met deze producten vind je hieronder terug bij 'Downloads' (de bereidingslijst + ons receptenboekje ontvang je ook bij je Bariatricbox).


Wanneer te gebruiken?

Minstens gedurende 2 weken voor de vermageringsingreep: 6 zakjes per dag (geen andere voeding).

De eerste maand na de vermageringsingreep: 2 zakjes per dag verspreid over de dag; aanvullend op uw normale vloeibare, gepureerde of vaste voeding.


Richtlijnen?

Neem 6 zakjes per dag verspreid over de dag, aangevuld met een aantal toegelaten groenten met een lage glycemische load. Drink dagelijks ook 2 liter water.

De vloeibare maaltijden zoals de soepen, dranken en desserts (= maaltijdzakjes zonder oranje sticker) van de Bariatricbox zijn ook geschikt om de eerste dagen na de operatie in te nemen.

Recommendations

Drink plenty of water (2l water/day) - keep out of reach and sight of children - do not exceed the daily recommended serving - do not administer to children younger than the age of 12 years - should not replace a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle - store dry and protected from light.

Contraindications: Do not use in renal, hepatic, vascular and cardiac insufficiency, recent CVA-AMI, pregnancy and lactation, arrhythmias, mental disorders, type I diabetes.
